I'm happy to share that Portrait #301 is featured on the poster for an exhibition about the history of blur on view this spring at Photo Elysee (formerly Musee de l'Elysee,) Lausanne, Switzerland.

                                                                Near the museum in Lausanne

                                                                      Outside the museum

The exhibition covers the history of Blur from 17th century paintings to the present with chapters on Pictorialism, Modernism and Contemporary, including images by Man Ray, Cartier Bresson, Capa, William Klein, Gerhard Richter etc.—it seems everybody took a blurred photograph at some point!

My images are from the early Portraits in my Infinity series; still one of my favorite portfolios, where I tried to find color schemes that gave an edgy feel to the otherwise soft images.
